Why is there a categorisation ?
Spiritual songs is spirit inspired songs to the Lord. Melody that the Lord gives.
When David sang, his test becomes his testimony
Ephesians 5:18-19
And do not be drunk with wine, in which is dissipation; but be filled with the Spirit, speaking to one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord,
Be been filled as you sing psalms, hymns and spiritual songs.
Not been unwise but understanding the will of the Lord is.
Speaking to yourselves in psalms.
To play or to plunk on musical instruments.
God is restoring tabernacle of David
With David’s tabernacle you come straight into the Holy of Holies.
The way to the Holiest is now open. Jesus torn the veil.
Praise Him with the musical instruments
Praise Him with the trumpet
Praise Him the house of Aaron
Praise Him!
Give thanks to the Lord because He is good!
Because His grace His ℓσνє His mercy endures forever.
Give thanks to the Lord for He is good.
As you sing the same word of David, you will receive same victory!
Why God put so much priority?
Psalm is the heart of the bible.
2 Chronicles 29:30
Moreover King Hezekiah and the leaders commanded the Levites to sing praise to the Lord with the words of David and of Asaph the seer. So they sang praises with gladness, and they bowed their heads and worshiped.
The words of David. There is an anointing in the Psalms. If there is any afflicted, let him praise. If any cheerful, let him sing psalms.
Ethan wrote one psalm. David’s son Solomon was wiser than Ethan (the worship leader)
You fill yourselves with wisdom when you sing the songs of David.
Selah means there is a musical interludes as you focus on Jesus’ goodness.
The fear (worship) of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom.

We will sing with the words of David and there will be moments of Selah.
Luke 24:27
And beginning at Moses and all the Prophets, He expounded to them in all the Scriptures the things concerning Himself.

Then He said to them, “These are the words which I spoke to you while I was still with you, that all things must be fulfilled which were written in the Law of Moses and the Prophets and the Psalms concerning Me.”
Jesus was quoting the Psalms at the cross!
Psalm 22
That was how much He was beaten that the bones are starring at Him.
Psalms 22:1-3
My God, My God, why have You forsaken Me?
Why are You so far from helping Me,
And from the words of My groaning?
O My God, I cry in the daytime, but You do not hear;
And in the night season, and am not silent.
But You are holy,
Enthroned in the praises of Israel.
He was punished on my behalf. With my sins yet none of His own.
We will never suffer any punishment from God. Never!
Psalms 22:31
They will come and declare His righteousness to a people who will be born,
That He has done this.
And after Psalms 22 is 23!
The Lord is my Shepherd.

When you go through a trial, you talk to Him personally.
Psalms 23:6
Surely (only) goodness and mercy shall follow (pursue/hunt) me
All the days of my life;
And I will dwell in the house of the Lord
Forever.
God’s goodness and grace is hunting me down! Surely! In Hebrew also means only.
Both are correct
Surely, only goodness and mercy will follow me.
All the days! All the days! Until i dwell in the house of the Lord forever
No matter how big the Goliath is, He will knock it down.
The life of David, even though anointed king, he was rejected by his brothers
David was anointed king. He defeated Goliath but he was rejected by his brothers. Just like you and I, we follow the rejected One.
You and I see His glory! We see the greater Son of David. Follow Him. Jesus said to His disciples they will seat at His throne and rule.
He is coming back
Those who followed Him, some did things for the kingdom but some did for the King.
These are the mighty men of David. 3 of them heard David’s wish for the water from the well of Bethlehem. The 3 of them broke through and got the water for him. David used it to worship God.
Are you doing things for the kingdom or do you ℓσνє the King?
In Matthew we see Him as the King. He was not born to become King, He was King. Man is lost. Where is He born the King of the Jews. He is the solution to the loss of men.
Goliath came to challenge Israel. The father sent the son to the nation of Israel. He is the bread of life.
Let no man’s heart fail him.
In Mark, Mark portray Him as Servant. He called Himself your servant. Jesus came as Servant King. Goliath despise him. You cannot have successful outward life unless you have a secret life with God.
Have root life. Not try to be as tall and taller than other trees.
Get a life with God!
David came trusting the resources of God. He was the only man not fearful because He had secret life with God.
He came to Goliath with the sword of the Lord
In Luke, the dependant Man. You pray in secret the Lord rewards you openly!
David’s brother misinterpreted David. Those who are of flesh will misinterpret those who are of spirit.
David took Goliath’s head to Jerusalem. The place of the skull of Goliath. The place of the skull. Goliath’s skull!
God said first prophesy to the serpent, you will crush his feet but He will crush your head.
He loves you. He was always the dependant One. He is the Son of God.
Speak the Word and my servant will be healed.
He knows who Jesus is.
Without faith it is impossible to please Him.
Why are you last to receive Me?
We betrayed our Brother Joseph. Jesus was given up. Jesus will return, by then rapture would have taken place.
The age of grace lasted longer than age of law.
Jesus will return and we will all see Him. We will all come with Him in our glorified bodies.
God will throw satan in the lake of fire and new heaven and earth.
God will justify His glory
When Jesus is here in the flesh, the people will see Him.
During the millennium, the devil will be bound.
In my Father’s house are many mansions
Where He is, we are too.
God will not forget America. There is a period of revival. A big revival will happen before the rapture!
Those who said 10 virgins, 5 are asleep when Jesus comes. This only appeared in the gospel of Matthews and this book is written to Jews.
The 10 virgins refer to Israel when Jesus comes again, half will be saved!
We will all be transformed! All means all!
You are saved you are going up.
Good news for Israel! 50% will be saved!
The world reject Him but we receive Him.
The royal throne. Jesus is seated on His father’s throne.
The wolf and the lamb will lie down together. Nothing will hurt or destroyed. We will be young forever.
He is the King!
