Life will be transformed when you hear the Word
Philippians 4:8
Meditate on These Things
Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things.
We are new creation
God always want our mind to be transformed
He is always with us forever
Whatever the Lord blesses us, He wants us to think about Him
We give thanks, more good will come forth
It is very important what we believe
We can eat we can sleep, all these are Jesus’ blessings
We have heavenly package
Think of the good that happens in our lives
Think of all these things
We all want a better life
Be of good cheers for He has overcome it
1 Timothy 4:8
For bodily exercise profits a little, but godliness is profitable for all things, having promise of the life that now is and of that which is to come.
Think about whatever is good report
We start from completeness
Genesis 1:29
And God said, “See, I have given you every herb that yields seed which is on the face of all the earth, and every tree whose fruit yields seed; to you it shall be for food.
You cannot start from lack. Start from fullness

Godliness exercise- Relationship with the Lord
Both are important
Exercise in godliness
Walk – healthy mind
Meditation in the Word- Health to all our flesh
I have told you all this so that you may have peace in me. Here on earth you will have many trials and sorrows. But take heart, because I have overcome the world. John 16:33 NLT
Angry will hurt your liver
Sorrow – your lungs will be affected
Spleen – stomach digestion – overthinking
When you are fearful it affects your kidney
Jesus borne all our grieves.
He carries all our sorrows
“I would have despaired had I not believed that I would see the goodness of the Lord In the land of the living.”

What we choose to look at the situation, the goodness of God
“The Lord is close to the brokenhearted; he rescues those whose spirits are crushed.”

The Lord wants us to know He is close to us
“What good fellowship we once enjoyed as we walked together to the house of God.”

Families are complicated. How did David process it?
“The Lord is my shepherd; I have all that I need.”

Focus on the One who never change
His love for us never change
He leads me to still water
He awakens my soul

What is shadow?
Which part of our bodies touch water never get wet?
Your shadow. The real you never change
Shadow is your feeling
Though you walk through the feeling that is trying to drag you down

See the Lord is my Shepherd
We will walk through the feeling. The valley of the feeling of lack

He just wants to be with us forever
Anoint your head with oil – honour
You are special before Him. He prepares a table before you. He wants you to know you are always special in His heart

Psalms 23:6

His heart is always arise and walk!
