Psalms 122:1
The Joy of Going to the House of the LORD
A Song of Ascents. Of David.
I was glad when they said to me,
“Let us go into the house of the LORD.”
Today we are in the house of the Lord
Romans 15:13
Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.
God wants us to be children of Hope like Him
As you are expecting your breakthrough, your healing and miracle from God
The God of Hope will fill you with all joy and peace in believing.
It is a beautiful walk with our God of Hope
Job 14:7-9
“For there is hope for a tree,
If it is cut down, that it will sprout again,
And that its tender shoots will not cease.
Though its root may grow old in the earth,
And its stump may die in the ground,
Yet at the scent of water it will bud
And bring forth branches like a plant.
There is hope for a tree even if it is cut down.
A tree severed, how can it survived if it is cut off from its roots?

John 7:37-38
The Promise of the Holy Spirit
On the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried out, saying, “If anyone thirsts, let him come to Me and drink. He who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.”
Our Lord is the living water.
Water also speaks of the Word of God.
Ephesians 5:26-27
that He might sanctify and cleanse her with the washing of water by the word, that He might present her to Himself a glorious church, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing, but that she should be holy and without blemish.
There is renewal of youth when you hear God’s Word
The cleansing by the Word of God
Job 14:9
Yet at the scent of water it will bud
And bring forth branches like a plant.
Romans 1:16-17
The Just Live by Faith
For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek. For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, “The just shall live by faith.”
Keep on hearing the gospel
You will find quickening in your body
Proverbs 4:20
My son, give attention to my words;
Incline your ear to my sayings.
Gospel of grace is life!
Receive life when you receive God’s Word
1 Corinthians 1:23-24
but we preach Christ crucified, to the Jews a stumbling block and to the Greeks foolishness, but to those who are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God and the wisdom of God.
Access the power and wisdom of God by listening the Word.
God can give you wisdom. With the wisdom He also give you riches honour and long life
As you hear the gospel, something good will happen. God will turn the situation around for your good.
Ephesians 6:17
And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God;
1 Thessalonians 5:8
But let us who are of the day be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love, and as a helmet the hope of salvation.
Helmet that you can wear to protect you from stress
Jesus has paid the price. He has redeemed us from every curse. Put on the hope of salvation as your helmet. Filled everyday with hope. Start to believe God for great things again. Start to believe God that your breakthrough is coming. Everyday passes by, you are closer to your breakthrough
Romans 10:11
For the Scripture says, “Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame.”
It is the presence of God that will cause us not to be shaken.
Acts 2:29-32
“Men and brethren, let me speak freely to you of the patriarch David, that he is both dead and buried, and his tomb is with us to this day. Therefore, being a prophet, and knowing that God had sworn with an oath to him that of the fruit of his body, according to the flesh, He would raise up the Christ to sit on his throne, he, foreseeing this, spoke concerning the resurrection of the Christ, that His soul was not left in Hades, nor did His flesh see corruption. This Jesus God has raised up, of which we are all witnesses.
Hebrews 10:11-17
And every priest stands ministering daily and offering repeatedly the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins. But this Man, after He had offered one sacrifice for sins forever, sat down at the right hand of God, from that time waiting till His enemies are made His footstool. For by one offering He has perfected forever those who are being sanctified.
But the Holy Spirit also witnesses to us; for after He had said before,
“This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, says the LORD: I will put My laws into their hearts, and in their minds I will write them,” then He adds, “Their sins and their lawless deeds I will remember no more.”
Jesus went to the cross. He knew no sin and He took our sin. His flesh was torn at the cross.
We have boldness to enter into Holy of Holies
Don’t run from your father. Your Father is running to you.
Romans 5:5
Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us.
Draw near knowing your sins are forgiven.
We are to come to enjoy Him
He is the good shepherd who gives His life for you
