A merry heart heals like a medicine
Have a merry heart
Puppies give joy. They just be. And they bring joy to you. Like a little children. They don’t have to do 10 tasks to give you joy.
Flowers give joy without them giving anything to us.
They are not permanent. God gives us richly ALL THINGS to ENJOY
RICHLY ALL THINGS TO ENJOY
God gives us senses to enjoy
The only thing He don’t want us to do is to live for our pleasure or senses. We will end up empty and with a thirst in our heart. We are never created to live for ourselves
Jesus came looking for people who needs healing. He heals our bodies and our depression
Everything revolves around Him, not around us.
All things were made by Him
Something in our body caused our bodies to hold together. It is shaped like a cross.
When He comes into our lives, we are held together
The way to find your best high life is to lose your low life!
He who loses his life for My sake shall find it.
Low life – your own needs your own pleasure
If you lose your low life for My sake you will find a high life
Moses said to Pharaoh you tell me when you want the frogs to be out. He said tomorrow.
Men’s heart is so harden. Pharaoh’s heart was harden.
Thank God there is a little relief. The world is getting darker, but thank God, we have Jesus.
There are so much in the bible to teach from
Bring forth the word in due season
A victorious and blessed Christian. A christian that is pleasing to the Lord
God brings everything together as we learn.
God’s way is always contrary to this world
The triumphant of the wicked is short
The righteous rejoices continuously
The Lord cannot change our hearts. Only grace can.
Kairos. In the midst of evil days around us, we can buy Kairos
When you are been summon to the court for something, that is evil day, not good days
He who loves life and see good days
Enjoy life and see good days refrain your tongues from evil
Day and not month or years
Evil season is a day.
Your good days are plural.
God wants you to see good days
The problem is in the type A personality.
The world is getting more and more stressful place.
You come and replenish yourself
Stop wasting your time.
Psalms 90:10
The days of our lives are seventy years;
And if by reason of strength they are eighty years,
Yet their boast is only labor and sorrow;
For it is soon cut off, and we fly away.
Psalms 91:16
With long life I will satisfy him,
And show him My salvation.”
Psalms 90:9
For all our days have passed away in Your wrath;
We finish our years like a sigh.
The sense that God is angry with you will shorten your life
My will is your satisfaction
“Abraham breathed his last and died in a ripe old age, an old man and satisfied with life; and he was gathered to his people.”
Genesis 25:8 NASB
Genesis 35:29
So Isaac breathed his last and died, and was gathered to his people, being old and full of days. And his sons Esau and Jacob buried him.
Satisfy – over-satisfy
Satisfy with days!
Job 42:17
So Job died, old and full of days.
Full of days!
Alive and remain
Psalms 90:12
So teach us to number our days,
That we may gain a heart of wisdom.
Just keep on walking in the spirit
Walk on through the rain to your dream
Jacob served 7 years for Rachel, but it was days for him because of his love for Rachel
Good days seems to come and go
Satisfy with days. Not just long life
Ephesians 5:15-20
See then that you walk circumspectly, not as fools but as wise, redeeming the time, because the days are evil.
Therefore do not be unwise, but understand what the will of the Lord is. And do not be drunk with wine, in which is dissipation; but be filled with the Spirit, speaking to one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord, giving thanks always for all things to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ,
Know when the right time come, the will of the Lord, you will just know
What we really need is spiritual wine. We need the Holy Spirit.
Active part is speaking to one another.
To been be filled with the Holy Spirit
Psalms 90:14
Oh, satisfy us early with Your mercy,
That we may rejoice and be glad all our days!
Early – morning
Start the day right enjoying His goodness and ALL our days will be right
Satisfy yourself with God’s grace early in the morning!
God makes your days filled with joy. Kairos days
Do actively and we are filled with the spirit
Start singing
Speaking songs
Singing to yourself. In any situation, when we are short tempered, sing to yourself.
It is the oil. Oil in your relationship
When you are filled with the spirit you are filled with wisdom.
People with wisdom can take advantage of people. You have to have big heart.
1 Kings 4:29-32
And God gave Solomon wisdom and exceedingly great understanding, and largeness of heart like the sand on the seashore. Thus Solomon’s wisdom excelled the wisdom of all the men of the East and all the wisdom of Egypt. For he was wiser than all men—than Ethan the Ezrahite, and Heman, Chalcol, and Darda, the sons of Mahol; and his fame was in all the surrounding nations. He spoke three thousand proverbs, and his songs were one thousand and five.
God blesses you. You have the wisdom just been there.
All day long, sing.
One of the greatest gift God gives men is music
All day long you will be satisfied
2 Kings 3:14-16
And Elisha said, “As the LORD of hosts lives, before whom I stand, surely were it not that I regard the presence of Jehoshaphat king of Judah, I would not look at you, nor see you. But now bring me a musician.”
Then it happened, when the musician played, that the hand of the LORD came upon him. And he said, “Thus says the LORD: Make this valley full of ditches.’
Worship God. It takes time for us.
We depend on the Lord.
When we are filled, the flow is so easy

Offer praise
Sing praises to Him. When you sing, something just lift.
Merry heart, giving thanks for all things, sing
Come near Me, I will put you in the land of Goshen
Genesis 45:10-11
You shall dwell in the land of Goshen, and you shall be near to me, you and your children, your children’s children, your flocks and your herds, and all that you have. There I will provide for you, lest you and your household, and all that you have, come to poverty; for there are still five years of famine.” ’
In the midst of famine, it is the word for the Now. Draw near to Jesus by singing to Him. Draw near to Him and THERE the place of nearness to Jesus, I will provide for you
Ethan – Everflowing
Heman – Faithful
Chalcol – To Provide Supplied
Darda – Pearl of Wisdom
Singing praises is tie to wisdom
Isaiah 60:1-5
The Gentiles Bless Zion
Arise, shine;
For your light has come!
And the glory of the LORD is risen upon you.
For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth,
And deep darkness the people;
But the LORD will arise over you,
And His glory will be seen upon you.
The Gentiles shall come to your light,
And kings to the brightness of your rising.
“Lift up your eyes all around, and see:
They all gather together, they come to you;
Your sons shall come from afar,
And your daughters shall be nursed at your side.
Then you shall see and become radiant,
And your heart shall swell with joy;
Because the abundance of the sea shall be turned to you,
The wealth of the Gentiles shall come to you.
Christians, your life will shine brighter
The wealth of the Gentiles shall come to you
All the backpay, they come out with gold and silver.
Your gates must be open continuously
Isaiah 60:11
Therefore your gates shall be open continually;
They shall not be shut day or night,
That men may bring to you the wealth of the Gentiles,
And their kings in procession.
You shall call your walls Salvation
Your gates Praise
