Take the medicine, do the treatment, but let your trust be in the Lord
Testimony –
A brother from our church. His father was diagnosed with a sickness that his father died of. He had to go for regular check up because of that.
We believe by the grace of God we don’t take after the old. Our old Adam has been crucified at the cross.
4 years later, his father was diagnosed with more issues.
Fear gripped their hearts.
This brother has been attending new creation church for more than 5 years and have been listening sermons repeatedly.
It is important what are you listening to.
Study and hear the word of God 24/7.
The devil is not letting it up.
After they received the doctor’s report, they did a video call and partake holy communion every night.
Holy communion is not an instant things for most people. God deal with the inside before He deals with your inside. He deals with your fear and as you take holy communion joy raised
Praise Jesus. The next report, everything showed his father is in perfect health! All these without any medical intervention !
Trust is in God. Use whatever means you have, but let your trust be in God.

When people point to the eagle and said that you cannot soar like them, remember you are born an eagle.
God uses people. Who are the people pointing to? Point to Jesus.
God wants to restore double to you!
Zechariah 9:12
Return to your fortress, you prisoners of hope;
even now I announce that I will restore twice as much to you.
Double all that you have lost!
God created days long before days and nights existed.
God will restore to you the years locusts have eaten.
God said He will restore to you the years, He can do it!
God declares to you today He will restore to you double!
Hope is a helmet
1 Thessalonians 5:8-9
But since we belong to the day, let us be sober, putting on faith and love as a breastplate, and the hope of salvation as a helmet. For God did not appoint us to suffer wrath but to receive salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ.

Patience
As a helmet the hope of salvation
Is a confident expectation of good in the future
The crowd cleared to make way for the Master. Pearl were never whiter than the dogs’ teeth. He found something good in there
The helmet of hope of salvation
If you don’t have positive expectation of good, your mind will go free range.
Don’t waste your hopelessness.
Our foundation is rock solid paid by our Lord Jesus.
God sees us as prisoners of hope!
Adam sin, no matter what you do, even you do good, you are born as sinners. M
With Christ, we are slaves of righteousness. Even the wrong thing you do you are still the slaves of righteousness
God sees us as prisoners of hope!
Permanent help can only come through Jesus Christ.
Spirit of heaviness, medicine cannot cure. It is spirit.
Evil spirit of sadness came upon King Saul and David played harps and the spirit left.
It is not the end of the world. God loves you very much. His ℓσνє for you is everlasting ℓσνє. It is not the end of the world.
You are prisoners of hope! Return to the stronghold, He is Jesus!
You can be well!
Faith is the substance of things hope for!
Your future is bright! As bright as God sure grace!
God blessing for u is favour favour!
God is protecting you! Don’t be frustrated there is red light! Your whole life is in the hands of Jesus!
The child level of understanding is not the same as ours. We may take the things from the child and he may be angry with us.
But we know what is the best for the child.
God knows the heart of every person. God has something more wonderful in the future.
Love perseveres.
Look for the gold.
Lets become prisoners of hope
Sleep is when God gives you things
God gave Solomon wisdom while he was sleeping.
Talk to people and become messengers of hope.
The Hebrew word for hope is Tiqvah
You walk through the valley. You don’t camp there.
A shadow of death. A shadow of lion don’t kill anyone.
Shadow are not the real things.
The Lord is with me! Your friends might leave you but the Lord will never!
Run and not be weary. Walk and not faith.
Tiqwa has the idea of rope. When you are in a pit a rope is a sign of hope!
The first city to conquer was Jericho
Rehab saw the people (children of Israel) marching in. Everytime she saw them she had the hopelessness.
She heard the triumph sound days after days for 7 days.
She looked out and she saw death and destruction for her and her family.
Actually the land belongs to the people who are coming to claim back their land.
One day 2 spies came to the city.
Everytime they go somewhere, Judah will leave first.
The first one went in, he came in with horse. God does not open until you show faith.
She knew God was on children of Israel side. She hide the spies. And she asked them not to destroy her and her family.
Hope and the blood of Jesus is together.
Joshua 2:18
unless, when we enter the land, you have tied this scarlet cord in the window through which you let us down, and unless you have brought your father and mother, your brothers and all your family into your house.
Put all your hope in the blood of Jesus!
God won’t heal you because you are strong christians.
God loves believers and non-believers.
When God sent His Son, they were all non-believers.
It is the blood of Jesus which will deliver you!
Because of the blood of your covenant.
It is not because of the titles to your name, or how kind you are, it is because of the blood of your covenant.
It is rock solid! You are prisoners of hope!
When man sins, God said to men
1. curse is the ground for your sake
2. Thorns (that is why Jesus wore thorns for us)
3. Sweat of your face you will eat bread (Before Adam sin, everything was ready for picking without pain)
Spiritual food is paid for, free for taking.
Luke 22:44
And being in anguish, he prayed more earnestly, and his sweat was like drops of blood falling to the ground.
Is a picture of Jesus bearing our pains. He took it all in the garden at night.
It was a night. Night time all these things come full and in colour.
His sweat fell to the ground. Curse is the ground for your sake, Adam. But Jesus’ sweat fell to the ground and redeem us!
You are a blessing coming to me to happen!
Jesus sweat blood.
He was in extreme stress.
By the sweat of your face you will eat bread
Jesus redeem all of us with His blood.
When you have evil, sinful, frightening thoughts, the blood of Jesus cleanses.
The devil wants your mind.
God is not going to let him have it. Give your mind to the Lord.
A passive mind is the worse.
Amusement – muse is meditate
A muse means no meditation
Is the opposite of meditation
The Lord is walking with me!
When they attacked Jericho all they needed to do was to shout.
Rahab’s house did not fall. Her house still have the red rope that let the 2 spies down.
The 2 spies said bring all of Rahab’s families and loved ones to the house. They are safe in the house.
Only the red rope that was the evidence.
Now when Rahab looked out, all of them spell victory and good future for her! Same scene but the helmet is on!
She knows the foundation is there.
7 days she had hope.
Sometimes you see happening outside, what do you see?
Genesis 42:36
Their father Jacob said to them, “You have deprived me of my children. Joseph is no more and Simeon is no more, and now you want to take Benjamin. Everything is against me! ”
All things are not against you. They are for you! God promised Romans 8:28
Romans 8:28
And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.
We know. Do you know?
Is a promise for Christians and believers!
Red lights, rejections, all work together for good!
All of the hard places of your life, God will make honey.
All of your fights you have, God is preparing you. He has something great for you!
Is preparation for the prince.
God cannot promote you beyond the level of your grace.
Be someone that glorify Lord Jesus.
Shine for the glory of Jesus
God is for you!
Because of the blood!
God wants Rahab to be the great grandmother of David.
Judah always go first. In fighting he always go first.
Boaz will marry a girl called Ruth.
From David line comes the greater Son of David, Jesus!
If only you have eyes to see in heaven perspective!
When others see a receptionist, the Lord sees a princess!
King of Israel under attack.
1 Kings 20:1-3
Now Ben-Hadad the king of Syria gathered all his forces together; thirty-two kings were with him, with horses and chariots. And he went up and besieged Samaria, and made war against it. Then he sent messengers into the city to Ahab king of Israel, and said to him, “Thus says Ben-Hadad: ‘Your silver and your gold are mine; your loveliest wives and children are mine.’ ”
This is what the devil comes and tell you.
Ahab gave in at first.
God will give you this great multitude. He will deliver all of them into your hands.
There will be restoration!
The victory will come by the young men!
Ahab said, “By whom?” So he said, “Thus says the Lord, ‘By the young men of the rulers of the provinces.’” Then he said, “Who shall begin the battle?” And he answered, “You.”

1 Kings 20:22-23
And the prophet came to the king of Israel and said to him, “Go, strengthen yourself; take note, and see what you should do, for in the spring of the year the king of Syria will come up against you.”
The Syrians Again Defeated
Then the servants of the king of Syria said to him, “Their gods are gods of the hills. Therefore they were stronger than we; but if we fight against them in the plain, surely we will be stronger than they.
The devil is saying our God is the God of the mountain. He is saying our God will not be with us in the valley.
It was at the mountain we hear the sermon of the mount. Good things happen on mountain throughout the bible.
Israel camped only 2 groups. Like little flocks of goats.
Then a man of God came near and spoke to the king of Israel and said, “Thus says the Lord, ‘Because the Arameans have said, “The Lord is a god of themountains, but He is not a god of the valleys,” therefore I will give all this great multitude into your hand, and you shall know that I am the Lord.’”
God is there with you!
Hosea 2:15
I will give her her vineyards from there,
And the Valley of Achor as a door of hope;
She shall sing there,
As in the days of her youth,
As in the day when she came up from the land of Egypt.

A door of hope
Jesus was transfigured but He did not forget the demon-possessed man
Jesus came down. He is not only God of mountain, He is God of valley. He is with you in your valley.
God said to Jesus He is His beloved Son –
Highest, one at the mountain top
Lowest valley, Jordan valley
He is saying to you, you are His beloved son
They came together to break breads. Broke bread everyday from house to house.
Melchizedek came to Abraham
Jesus stepped down from mountain to the valley to take communion.
Genesis 14:18
Abram and Melchizedek

Then Melchizedek king of Salem brought out bread and wine; he was the priest of God Most High.

And the king of Sodom went out to meet him at the Valley of Shaveh (that is, the King’s Valley), after his return from the defeat of Chedorlaomer and the kings who were with him.

2 Samuel 18:18
Now Absalom in his lifetime had taken and set up a pillar for himself, which is in the King’s Valley. For he said, “I have no son to keep my name in remembrance.” He called the pillar after his own name. And to this day it is called Absalom’s Monument.
Our valley becomes king’s valley because He step into our valley.
You prepare a table before me in the presence of your enemies (symptoms, not in the absence!)
The kidron valley is darkness. In the time of darkness, take the Lord’s supper.
Kidron means darkness
Jesus sweat blood and took all our challenges
He redeem us from everything. From the minds, the thorns.
In your valley experience, He came down
He was pressed so that there is oil for us.
Whatever you touch prospers!
You walk at the right place at the right time.
There is oil, grain, wine. Faith hope ℓσνє
You are not alone! Your valley experience the Lord is with you!
The Lord is my shepherd. He makes me lie down.
When you walk through the valley, you talk to Him straight. (Not as third person)
When you are going through a trial, talk to Him straight
Surely, not maybe!
Surely goodness and mercy will follow me all the days of my life!
