Al-tirah – Fear not
Jesus was facing His guests, and the woman came behind and wept (drop of dews) fell on His feet. She wiped His feet with her hair.
She came with her alabaster flask of fragrant oil.
Luke 7:37-40
And behold, a woman in the city who was a sinner, when she knew that Jesus sat at the table in the Pharisee’s house, brought an alabaster flask of fragrant oil, and stood at His feet behind Him weeping; and she began to wash His feet with her tears, and wiped them with the hair of her head; and she kissed His feet and anointed them with the fragrant oil. Now when the Pharisee who had invited Him saw this, he spoke to himself, saying, “This Man, if He were a prophet, would know who and what manner of woman this is who is touching Him, for she is a sinner.”
And Jesus answered and said to him, “Simon, I have something to say to you.”
So he said, “Teacher, say it.”
Those who loves much are those who are forgiven much
God GAVE His Son. As a Son He was given.
As a Child He was born.
For unto us, a Child is born.
Unto us a Son is given.
If you are troubled, and anxious, He is the Prince of Peace!
The peace is a aggressive peace. It is not dependent on the things outside.
In the midst of going through the fire, there is a peace that is aggressive.
Peace I leave with you, My peace i give to you.
Not as the world give do I give to you.
Let not your heart be troubled.
FEAR NOT. If somebody come from heaven, an angel, he comes from a place there is no disease, death and decay, what would he say?
When the angel appeared, his message is don’t be afraid.
Luke 1:12-13
And when Zacharias saw him, he was troubled, and fear fell upon him.
But the angel said to him, “Do not be afraid, Zacharias, for your prayer is heard; and your wife Elizabeth will bear you a son, and you shall call his name John.
Don’t be afraid, God remembers!
Don’t be afraid about what is going to happen.
Message from heaven is Don’t be afraid, fear not!
Jesus, the Son was sent into the virgin’s womb
All of us have favor with God!
Everyone has sin.
God sees the heart.
You think you are forgiven little, that is why u love little
We put it outside, God puts it inside.
10 commandments is a mirror to show us we have all sinned, and we need a Saviour.
Jesus Christ our Saviour.
Moses was a law-giver and Jesus is our Saviour.
Unto us a Child is born. As a Son He was given.
Prince of Peace is He.
Our God is for us and not against us.
When men were still in their sin, God said don’t be afraid.
Our good works cannot cover our sins. Our best acts and intention cannot cover our sins.
God knew it was not perfect.
God took the innocent sheep. Everyday u will see people bringing their lamb. The lamb must be without blemish.
The priest does not examine the one who brought the lamb. God knows us more than we know ourselves.
In our flesh dwells no good things.
God knew it all along. God knew we need a Saviour.
The priest will examine the lamb, not you.
It must be an animal that represent Jesus Christ.
Christ did no sin and knew no sin.
Laying hands on the lamb is an act of transfer.
God is love.
He has to satisfy His righteousness and holiness. It must be fully met. Bring an innocent lamb. All the sins are transferred to the lamb. All the lamb’s innocent is transferred to me.
It is his sins that killed the lamb
Jesus is the true Lamb.
He takes away, not only cover the sins.
Visa card is not a payment. It is only deferred payment.
Fire of judgement consumed the lamb.
When Jesus came, they examine Him. They tested Him.
Jesus wrote with His fingers on the stone. He is the One who wrote the law.
He said he that is without sin, throw the first stone. They would stone her but they could not. Jesus could, but He would not.
God is for you!
God has to forgive u without compromising.
God wants u to know because of what Jesus has done, there is no condemnation.
Before He said go and sin no more, He gave her no condemnation. To empower her to go and sin no more.
God foreknew. He knew before it happens! Put our hands in His hands.
God provide for us!
Luke 2:7-11
And she brought forth her firstborn Son, and wrapped Him in swaddling cloths, and laid Him in a manger, because there was no room for them in the inn.
Glory in the Highest
Now there were in the same country shepherds living out in the fields, keeping watch over their flock by night. And behold, an angel of the Lord stood before them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were greatly afraid. Then the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid, for behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy which will be to all people. For there is born to you this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord.
You don’t know what to do, God knows.
He is our Counsellor, a Mighty God, a Hero God.
Born to us a Saviour (not a Judge)
When He was born, midnight became midday. Angels filled the sky.
Jesus laid down His life and He has the power to take it up again
Burning but never consume.
God keeps His faithfulness and His covenant.
When Jesus hung on that cross, He laid down His life
Fear will cause heart attack
Fear not.
9am He was hung. 3 noon, darkness cover the land. In the china history they recorded a world wide eclipse at that time. At this moment is not Father and Son, is God and His Sacrifice.
For the first time at the cross, darkness covers entire scene.
My God My God why have You forsaken Me?
This was prophesied in Psalm!
David prophesied in Psalm 22!!!
During David’s time, there was no crucifixion. It was not invented yet
With His stripe, we are healed!!
We trust Him, the transfer takes place!
All that Jesus deserved was transferred to us!
If you will, but receive!
Jesus cried Finished! Everything finished! God’s holiness is satisfied!! Fully met all the requirement
Father into Your hands i commit My spirit.
He bowed His head and He breathed out.
He did not die from lingering death. He chose to lay down His life.
His last act was worship, He bowed His head.
When He said finished, it means the devil is defeated!
God gather all our sins of past present and future. God is not a God of was and will be
When God said you are forgiven, you are forgiven!!
Just believe!!
His righteousness is on our sides!! We cannot be punished again for our sins.
When God restores, it is never the way like man restores. It is always greater in quality and quantity!
Where sin increase grace superabounds!!
All that Jesus deserved comes upon us. Our hands are too small. Enlarge our capacity to receive!!
Man always limit God.
As the people gave the bread, the people ate until they were filled. The moment they are full, the supply stopped. The supply is greater than the demand.
Economic is about supply and demand. Usually is scarce resources. This is looking horizontally and not vertically.
When they stopped, they have 12 basket full of breads!
Remember when Jesus comes into your life, it will take entire life to know Jesus. He will never disappoint you!
First lamb is killed at 9am, 2nd lamb was killed at 3pm.
