Judges 6:11-14
Gideon
Now the Angel of the Lord came and sat under the terebinth tree which was in Ophrah, which belonged to Joash the Abiezrite, while his son Gideon threshed wheat in the winepress, in order to hide it from the Midianites. And the Angel of the Lord appeared to him, and said to him, “The Lord is with you, you mighty man of valor!”
Gideon said to Him, “O my lord, if the Lord is with us, why then has all this happened to us? And where are all His miracles which our fathers told us about, saying, ‘Did not the Lord bring us up from Egypt?’ But now the Lord has forsaken us and delivered us into the hands of the Midianites.”
Then the Lord turned to him and said, “Go in this might of yours, and you shall save Israel from the hand of the Midianites. Have I not sent you?”
Did not the Lord bring us up from Egypt?
Go in this might of yours
You shall be the head and not the tail
Believers start like that
Our circumstances do not align with what God said. He said He will provide us with more than we ask or imagine
We are among chicken. But who we are, are mighty man
Where are all the miracles ?
He quoted what his father told him
“Did not the Lord bring us up from Egypt?”
There was a piece of negative on top and below. He quoted what the father told him. It was sandwiched with unbeliefs.
Go in this might of yours.
This is the meat.
The Lord called Gideon. Just like how He called Moses to set His people free
When we look around our challenges, it is easy to go into self-pity

God is going to make a Moses out of Gideon.
When we are weak He is strong.
Our part is not to forget our Lord’s blessings
Weakest and least. When you are the weakest and the least, you qualify.
During this time, the Lord is making mighty miracles in your lives.
Spirit of loneliness is never from God
If ever you feel down, u may be alone but u will never be lonely.
If u ever feel lonely, go out to coffee shop and surround yourself with people
