When you rest, God work. When you work, God rest.
Luke 19:1-2 NLT
Jesus entered Jericho and made his way through the town. 2 There was a man there named Zacchaeus. He was the chief tax collector in the region, and he had become very rich.
This earth is fallen no matter how we try to improve this earth. God did not create the earth to be like this
Even the Lord Himself is young.
No one is sad in heaven
Today people are depressed
With all our advancement and technology we are supposed to be connected yet we are not connected
Of all generations we are so discontented and depressed
The normal badge of believers is joy
Joy is in spite of what happens around us, we are joyful
We want the affirmation and want people to see what we are doing.
We think people bother but a lot of them don’t care
Jesus came to be a blessing. He came loaded down to be a blessing.
It is not important what people say about you. It is what Jesus sees about you. His eyes are for you.
Whenever you want to see Jesus, Jesus is looking out for you.
The more you want to see Jesus, the more He wants to see you.
It is one thing to look at the person in the sea. But if you are drowning, the way you look is different.
Jesus was looking out for Zacchaeus
Adam hide behind the fig tree and Zacchaeus climbed up the fig tree to see Jesus

Ought not
Should

In the bible and you will be blessed.
Jesus said He must come to his house because he was looking for Jesus for his answers
He stands at the disposal of His people with their needs.
We have all kind of needs but we look to Jesus
Zacchaeus means the righteous ones. The just ones.
All the people who knew Zacchaeus, Jesus called him by his name. He was tax collector and Jesus pronounced him not guilty (righteous one)
Whenever you boast about keeping 10
Commandments, He will say one thing you lack. U fail in one commandment u fail in all.
Jesus gave no law. He called out Zacchaus (no law given) and went to his place.
Luke 19:3-6
And he sought to see who Jesus was, but could not because of the crowd, for he was of short stature. So he ran ahead and climbed up into a sycamore tree to see Him, for He was going to pass that way. And when Jesus came to the place, He looked up and saw him, and said to him, “Zacchaeus, make haste and come down, for today I must stay at your house.” So he made haste and came down, and received Him joyfully.
Grace is free.
The people Jesus healed, He never claim them for Himself.
When Jesus healed, He does not say because He heals you, you must follow Him. It is about looking at Jesus and adore Him.
He will never put a price tag on those He heals.
He went to fishermen and asked them to follow him.
Jesus said go your way and he said my way is Your way
Jesus came to save those who are rich and those who are poor.
Poor people steal watermelon, they steal one. Rich people they steal one whole truck.
Everyone needs Jesus.
Luke 19:6-8
So he made haste and came down, and received Him joyfully. But when they saw it, they all complained, saying, “He has gone to be a guest with a man who is a sinner.”
Then Zacchaeus stood and said to the Lord, “Look, Lord, I give half of my goods to the poor; and if I have taken anything from anyone by false accusation, I restore fourfold.”
When we are safe, it is going to affect our finances.
Salvation has a name.
With Him came salvation, healing.
Luke 19:9-12
And Jesus said to him, “Today salvation has come to this house, because he also is a son of Abraham; for the Son of Man has come to seek and to save that which was lost.”
The Parable of the Minas
(Matt. 25:14–30)
Now as they heard these things, He spoke another parable, because He was near Jerusalem and because they thought the kingdom of God would appear immediately. Therefore He said: “A certain nobleman went into a far country to receive for himself a kingdom and to return.
Jericho to Jerusalem is about 18 miles
Jesus first coming was to save.
He will rule with meekness and majesty
Jesus comes again to rule with all His people. Rapture will happen first.
Luke 19:12-13
Therefore He said: “A certain nobleman went into a far country to receive for himself a kingdom and to return. So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, ‘Do business till I come.’
One pound of silver is 3 months salaries
Luke 19:12-15 （NLT）
He said, “A nobleman was called away to a distant empire to be crowned king and then return. 13 Before he left, he called together ten of his servants and divided among them ten pounds of silver, saying, ‘Invest this for me while I am gone.’
But his people hated him and sent a delegation after him to say, ‘We do not want him to be our king.’
“After he was crowned king, he returned and called in the servants to whom he had given the money. He wanted to find out what their profits were.
We will be ruling on earth.
Luke 19:16-19 (NLT)
16 When he came to the village of Nazareth, his boyhood home, he went as usual to the synagogue on the Sabbath and stood up to read the Scriptures. 17 The scroll of Isaiah the prophet was handed to him. He unrolled the scroll and found the place where this was written:

“The Spirit of the Lord is upon me,
for he has anointed me to bring Good News to the poor.
He has sent me to proclaim that captives will be released,
that the blind will see,
that the oppressed will be set free,
19
and that the time of the Lord’s favor has come.”
How you see the Lord is how you will steward your money
Job 11:6
That He would show you the secrets of wisdom!
For they would double your prudence.
Know therefore that God exacts from you
Less than your iniquity deserves.
Luke 19:22-23
harvesting crops you didn’t plant.’
22 “‘You wicked servant!’ the king roared. ‘Your own words condemn you. If you knew that I’m a hard man who takes what isn’t mine and harvests crops I didn’t plant, 23 why didn’t you deposit my money in the bank? At least I could have gotten some interest on it.’
In your bible there are 500 verses on prayers
More than 2000 verses on money
15% of all that Jesus taught has got to do with money.
God wants His people wise.
There are a lot of con artists out there.
Money in the bank is the least, not the first.
Husband and wife quarrel because of money.
When God brought the children of Israel out of Egypt into promise land, they came out with silver and gold.
Psalms 105:37
He also brought them out with silver and gold, And there was none feeble among His tribes.
If you hear people sell holy water and must be their water, you are listening to con artists.
God wants you wise. God wants you to have good stewards over your money.
Put your surplus in the bank is not the best thing to do. Invest is.
Beloveds i wish above all things that you prosper and be in health even as your soul prospers
First part definitely referring to prosperity. This prosperity is not selfishness and ℓσνє of money. He wants you to be a good steward
The power to get wealth.
Deuteronomy 8:18
“And you shall remember the Lord your God, for it is He who gives you power to get wealth, that He may establish His covenant which He swore to your fathers, as it is this day.
Prosperity with a purpose.
Is to build God His tabernacle
Our own family, the poor cannot help the poor. Is our duty to prosper.
It is our responsibility to proper our business.
Shine and prosper your company and your boss company, that is glory!
Prosperity starts wherever you are.
God promise to be your Shepherd and you will not lack. He supplies your need and more than enough to bless others.
In heaven there is no poverty.
Never one time Jesus makes anyone poor.
Little becomes much. Much never becomes little.
Jesus went about healing all who were oppressed.
God wants us to be healthy!
If you fathers been evil knows how to give good gifts to your children, much more your Father in heaven.
Pharaoh asked Joseph to interpret his dream. 7 years of plenty and rich abundance harvest and 7 year of famine.
Find an intelligent and wise man to collect 1/5 of produce (20%) and store it during the good years.
Pharaoh and Egypt became very wealthy because of Joseph’s wisdom.
1st 10% goes to the Lord. The tithe. We can never out give the Lord.
We don’t ask sinners to tithe. It is not donation
As a church we tithe. It goes out.
10% to the Lord and 10% set aside.
You will be surprise. God will command blessings into the storehouses.
Whatever you do prospers! You must do something for the Lord to prosper. If you do nothing, nothing also prosper.
The building is not holy. You are holy.
What are you doing with what that is in your bank?
2% is miserable
Don’t rush for get rich quick scheme
If you do business in church, remember to put all in black and white.
Travel together. Before you go, remember to bite your tongue. You will see the good the bad and the ugly.
Let your foot be seldom in your neighbor house. Don’t outwear your welcome. This is in Proverbs.
