In Encounter Night we talked about the Psalms of David.
Christian books there are bible study books and teach u about bible. The one feeds your spirit, you spend time in devotional book.
This is what devotional is about. A time bring u real contact with Jesus. This is when your mind receive the peace, your body is healed. It is a time of contact with Jesus.
What is getting into the Bible?
God has ordained pastors and teachers, there is an anointing on them. All of us are called to care for someone. When we spend time with the bible and read it alone, we might place the emphasis in the wrong place.
When we study with a teacher leading us, there is Holy Spirit leading.
Anchored is what this book is about.
This book will help and let you bath in the Word.
Bath in the Word of God! It is a Word bath.
There is a deposit.
Little in the hands of God becomes much.
Testimony –
Her husband experienced miracle from God
In Jan 2012, during a routine check up, her husband, Mark’s brain scan showed he had amnesia disease, which they asked him to prepare for his early retirement.
They had much hope and peace from their Daddy God. They took holy communion. Mark did not return to the doctor for 4.5 years.
They finally went to the doctor again. The doctor found a very healthy brain! Mark is healed! He is the reason for every good things in their lives! They hear Pastor Prince sermon each day!

In Old Testament, the manna fell everyday fresh.
The next day the manna stink if you keep it.
Trust Him for daily bread.
God can touch you and heal you from amnesia and also can reverse your aging!
Growing old is part of a curse. In heaven, no one gets old.
If you learn to walk with God, you can enjoy the blessing of Psalm 92. The Psalm of the Sabbath.
Psalm 92 said the righteous will flourish like the palm tree.
Every part of the tree is useful and even useful in its old age. Is evergreen tree.
Psalms 92:12-13
The righteous shall flourish like a palm tree,
He shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon.
Those who are planted in the house of the Lord
Shall flourish in the courts of our God.
You will flourish out there!
Psalms 92:14-15
They shall still bear fruit in old age;
They shall be fresh (fat) and flourishing,
To declare that the Lord is upright;
He is my rock, and there is no unrighteousness in Him.
Old age is advance years. Advance does not mean have to be old.
Bible said they shall still bring forth fruit in old age.
What fat means – full of sap.
Those who are righteous, they will be fat (full of sap) and flourishing (green, evergreen)
James 5:17-18
Elijah was a man with a nature like ours, and he prayed earnestly that it would not rain; and it did not rain on the land for three years and six months. And he prayed again, and the heaven gave rain, and the earth produced its fruit.
James 5:17-18 (KJV)
Elias was a man subject to like passions as we are, and he prayed earnestly that it might not rain: and it rained not on the earth by the space of three years and six months. And he prayed again, and the heaven gave rain, and the earth brought forth her fruit.
There is a prayer we can pray and it will affect heaven and earth.
Elias felt how we felt. Sat where we sat. He is a man of like passions like we are.
Prayers is not just to sooth you. We pray to bring heaven down to earth. We pray to get results
We learn how to pray to get results.
Even the heaven stops the rain.
1 Kings 17:1
And Elijah the Tishbite, who was of the inhabitants of Gilead, said unto Ahab, As the Lord God of Israel liveth, before whom I stand, there shall not be dew nor rain these years, but according to my word.
Stand and live your life before God.
Neither will you be afraid of man’s opinion because you stand before God.
When you have power with God you have power with man.
We have influence with God
Jacob was a wrestler. He fought everything in life. He wrestled with the Lord.
Jacob will not let God go unless He blesses him.
How we have power with God?
Jacob was helpless. As long as he was struggling with human strength, the Lord wanted to leave. When Jacob was helpless, God cannot leave!
God help those who cannot help themselves.
I cannot but You can.
In the natural i cannot overcome amnesia, but You can
You cannot reason your way out anymore
The faster you become a prince
When you think of prayers you think they are with eyes closed and on their knees. Here it was proclamation prayer. He prayed earnestly that it might not rain and it rained not.
When he prayed again, the word earnest was not there.
The God who answer by fire is His God.
Stop going between two opinions.
The fire fell on the sacrifice and not on the people. God would judge the nation’s sin in the body of the bullock.
I hear the sound of the abundance of rain, favour, shalom peace, into your lives !
There is an abundance of rain coming on you!
God lives outside time. He knows our ways ahead. He knows all the traps
1 Kings 18:41-46
And Elijah said unto Ahab, Get thee up, eat and drink; for there is a sound of abundance of rain. So Ahab went up to eat and to drink. And Elijah went up to the top of Carmel; and he cast himself down upon the earth, and put his face between his knees, And said to his servant, Go up now, look toward the sea.
And he went up, and looked, and said, There is nothing. And he said, Go again seven times. And it came to pass at the seventh time, that he said, Behold, there ariseth a little cloud out of the sea, like a man’s hand. And he said, Go up, say unto Ahab, Prepare thy chariot, and get thee down, that the rain stop thee not.
And it came to pass in the mean while, that the heaven was black with clouds and wind, and there was a great rain. And Ahab rode, and went to Jezreel.
And the hand of the Lord was on Elijah; and he girded up his loins, and ran before Ahab to the entrance of Jezreel.
His hand in ours. He will lead us
Give glory to God first!
He protected us from the accident but we dunnoe. We only give praise when we are in the trouble.
The higher way of blessing us is not to let us get into the trouble.
Let us give praise to God nevertheless
Thank God He protected us.
The Lord will deliver us! Put our eyes on Him
When it comes to pray earnestly, it was a declaration.
Another prayer, he got onto his knees and put his face between his knees
Long before you see something, those who are in tune will hear the sound of abundance of rain in 2019!
Little with God becomes much
A small cloud with God in it will bring a storm rain!
When power of God comes on you, you will run and not faint! They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength! They shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.
You are exchanging your strength with His strength when you come to the house of the Lord.
Greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world.
Signs of demonic activities –
Naked
Alone, always by himself
Cutting himself, hurting himself
He was crying
Jesus took the boat, travelled the entire lake to cast the demon out of the man.
Demon tried to stop Jesus with storm.
Jesus rebuked the demon and calm the storm.
The moment you put on clothes you are ok.
In his right mind. When the Lord comes into your mind and He set you free, you are in the right mind.
The man became an evangelist and went to proclaim what the Lord has done for him.
He could break the chain when he was possessed. He became supernatural and no man could tam him.
God can release physical strength when we are weary. Meditate on His Word.
Praying earnestly is a proclamation of faith
After judgement fell, he had to go on his knees and the Holy Spirit sees this as a prayer.
But God sees proclamation declaration of faith as praying earnestly and falling on knees as prayer only.
We don’t pray prayers like a slave. This negate all that Jesus did.
When you pray like this, Holy Spirit sees this as the spirit of truth
God is not the problem. The power of darkness is holding back his blessing
God is not the one giving problem. God is the solution
Under the law, God said if you keep all my commandments, I will bless you
I am for the law for the reason God gave the law.
You will lend and not borrow.
Old covenant they spent time in judgement
Everything change because of the cross.
Blessing is easy since the cross. It is based on Jesus’ obedience. The righteous shall blossom
You are righteous!
Blessing is easy today. You just need to declare it.
What Jesus did for us at the cross, declare it.
Blessing is easy. Declare it!
Judgement is hard under the new.
We are in the dispensation of grace.
When Jesus was in His hometown Nazareth, He was given the scripture to read –
Isaiah 61:1-3
The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me;
because the Lord hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek;
he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives,
and the opening of the prison to them that are bound;
To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord,
and the day of vengeance of our God;
to comfort all that mourn;
To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion,
to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning,
the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness;
that they might be called trees of righteousness,
the planting of the Lord, that he might be glorified.
Free favour of God abound!
We are not in the day of vengeance
The patience of our God who is not willing any should perish but all come to repentance
1000 years with the Lord is like one day
Time is nothing with Him.
It is the long suffering of our God
Jesus comes back again for His rules will be the day of vengeance but we will be in glorified bodies and come with Him.
Meanwhile we are in the acceptable year of the Lord.
We can pray for blessing for people and they can receive!
Everyone Jesus healed in the Gospel were not saved. Jesus had not yet died so they were not saved.
None of them were saved.
They all got saved after Jesus rose from the dead. If Judas waited, Jesus’ hanging is his hanging.
You can pray for the sick.
The goodness of God will lead you to repentance
You can pray for your friends and tell them God bless them.
Not a time to tell them about their sins and making stand against their sins.
No amount of politics can change them. When they hear the good news they are changed by believing the gospel!
Lets make a stand for the gospel that Jesus died and rose again to give us!
And proclaim to the lost world that God loves them!
Have a mentality that blessing is easy!
The name above every name that Jesus came to reveal is the name Father.
Father, keep through thy Name. Protect them through thy name
You pray because you are already close to His bosom.
Pray from a position of completeness and victory.
It is not pray hard or pray soft.
It is who you pray to.
See God wanting to bless us!
We are in line with heaven!
He bears witness with the truth.
Jesus carried our diseases. Declare it! Fever go! Be healed in the name of Jesus!
Luke 17:5-6
And the apostles said unto the Lord, Increase our faith. And the Lord said, If ye had faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye might say unto this sycamine tree, Be thou plucked up by the root, and be thou planted in the sea; and it should obey you.
Mustard seed is the smallest of all seeds.
Once u have faith so small, start saying it
The word Say – is in imperfect tense – means keep on saying
Declare – sickness, be uprooted and be thrown into the sea.
Keep on saying.
We are no longer earth bound person, we are seated with Christ!
Decree.
1 Kings 18:25-39
Now Elijah said to the prophets of Baal, “Choose one bull for yourselves and prepare it first, for you are many; and call on the name of your god, but put no fire under it.”
So they took the bull which was given them, and they prepared it, and called on the name of Baal from morning even till noon, saying, “O Baal, hear us!” But there was no voice; no one answered. Then they leaped about the altar which they had made.
And so it was, at noon, that Elijah mocked them and said, “Cry aloud, for he is a god; either he is meditating, or he is busy, or he is on a journey, or perhaps he is sleeping and must be awakened.” So they cried aloud, and cut themselves, as was their custom, with knives and lances, until the blood gushed out on them. And when midday was past, they prophesied until the time of the offering of the evening sacrifice. But there was no voice; no one answered, no one paid attention.
Then Elijah said to all the people, “Come near to me.” So all the people came near to him. And he repaired the altar of the Lord that was broken down. And Elijah took twelve stones, according to the number of the tribes of the sons of Jacob, to whom the word of the Lord had come, saying, “Israel shall be your name.” Then with the stones he built an altar in the name of the Lord; and he made a trench around the altar large enough to hold two seahs of seed. And he put the wood in order, cut the bull in pieces, and laid it on the wood, and said, “Fill four waterpots with water, and pour it on the burnt sacrifice and on the wood.” Then he said, “Do it a second time,” and they did it a second time; and he said, “Do it a third time,” and they did it a third time. So the water ran all around the altar; and he also filled the trench with water.
And it came to pass, at the time of the offering of the evening sacrifice, that Elijah the prophet came near and said, “Lord God of Abraham, Isaac, and Israel, let it be known this day that You are God in Israel and I am Your servant, and that I have done all these things at Your word. Hear me, O Lord, hear me, that this people may know that You are the Lord God, and that You have turned their hearts back to You again.”
Then the fire of the Lord fell and consumed the burnt sacrifice, and the wood and the stones and the dust, and it licked up the water that was in the trench. Now when all the people saw it, they fell on their faces; and they said, “The Lord, He is God! The Lord, He is God!”
God to be God, He has to demonstrate His ℓσνє.
Repair the altar – our altar is the cross of Jesus Christ. Make a stand for the cross. The cross is a symbol that Christ died for the world.
Significance of these –
Twelve stones
(4) Four waterpots
(3) A third time
The Evening sacrifice
God who answer by fire, He is God
4×3 is 12
Song of Songs 8:7
Many waters cannot quench love,
Nor can the floods drown it.
If a man would give for love
All the wealth of his house,
It would be utterly despised.

Sound of triumph blew when they lifted Him up
Midday becomes midnight
When He was born, midnight becomes midday
Jesus cried, Finished! He breathed out! He was completely alive when judgement was at Him
Anytime is the right time to pray. We are after the cross.
The Lord Yahweh He is God!
Righteousness of God found a way for justice to be satisfied and to be in the heart of the nation.
Fire fell on the sacrifice, not on the guilty. The nation is spared. You and I are spared. We go free. This is the type of the cross.
The only difference is the fire consumed the burnt sacrifice, the Sacrifice consumed the judgement at the cross.
The sacrifice is greater than the judgement
We praying because we are there. We praying because we have the influence of God.
I have power with God. God wants me to influence Him!
We are both co-labourer.
When a church pray for healing, there is no result. But when we proclaim healing there is result. Decree healing! Only after we declare, the light will shine!
Exaltation is coming!
Humanity is to declare!
Declare blessings over my head
Declare blessing of rains over me!
